Yes. Every ornament is handmade from glass, making each piece slightly unique. Small variations are part of their charm and reflect genuine craftsmanship. Be sure to handle with care!

Yes. Our ornaments are carefully curated into matching collections, making it easy to create a beautifully decorated tree without having to mix and match yourself. Decorate like a pro!

The tree itself has no built-in lights. During the current Christmas1967 promotion, a separate set of Nostalgic Christmas Tree Candle Lights is included free with a qualifying tree order until 15 November. Keeping the lighting separate means it can be replaced or changed independently without replacing the tree.

Assembly is quick and straightforward. Simply connect the sections, unfold the branches and shape them like a fan. Make sure to check out the assembly video to get the most magical effect! Most ‘elfs’ have their tree ready in around 20–30 minutes the first time.

We recommend storing your tree in a cool, dry place using the original box or a storage bag to keep it looking beautiful for many Christmases to come.

Yes. We deliver throughout most European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated during checkout based on your destination.

Delivery times vary depending on your country, but most European orders arrive within a few working days during the Christmas season. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse in The Netherlands.
