Because we believe less choice leads to more joy.
Instead of offering hundreds of trees, we spent countless hours researching, comparing and refining until we found the one we truly believe is the perfect Christmas tree. We simply don't see the need for dozens of almost identical options.

What sizes are available?
Our Signature Christmas Tree is available in two sizes:
150 cm – perfect for apartments and smaller living spaces or boutique businesses
180 cm – ideal for most homes and family living rooms or for organizations that want to make a statement.

Where are your Christmas Trees made?
Our Christmas trees are proudly made in Europe, where quality craftsmanship and responsible manufacturing come first.
Are the ornaments made of real glass?
Yes.
Every ornament is handmade from glass, making each piece slightly unique. Small variations are part of their charm and reflect genuine craftsmanship. Be sure to handle with care!

Do the ornaments come in sets?
Yes. Our ornaments are carefully curated into matching collections, making it easy to create a beautifully decorated tree without having to mix and match yourself. Decorate like a pro!
Are the Christmas lights included with the tree?
Yes — while the current free-lights special is running, one set of Authentic LED candle lights is included free with a qualifying Christmas tree. The offer is valid until 15 November. After the special ends, the lights will no longer be included with the tree and will need to be purchased separately. The tree itself has no built-in LED lights.
How long does it take to assemble the tree?
Assembly is quick and straightforward.
Simply connect the sections, unfold the branches and shape them like a fan. Make sure to check out the assembly video to get the most magical effect! Most ‘elfs’ have their tree ready in around 20–30 minutes the first time.

How should I store my tree?
We recommend storing your tree in a cool, dry place using the original box or a storage bag to keep it looking beautiful for many Christmases to come.
Do you ship across Europe?
Yes.
We deliver throughout most European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated during checkout based on your destination.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your country, but most European orders arrive within a few working days during the Christmas season.

Can I return my order?
Of course. If you've changed your mind, you can return unused items within our return period. Please check our Returns Policy for full details: https://www.christmas1967.com/pages/returns.
You can request a pre-paid return label via our Customer Service team. A pre-paid return label is €19.95 and this amount will be credited of your refund. You can also decide to return your order via a courier of your own choice, on your own expense.
We do recommend to always request a tracking number, since we can only refund items that have been returned (and inspected at our warehouse).
