Why pre-order
Each tree is produced in a single annual European run. Pre-ordering reserves your size from that run and secures the pre-order price.
The candle-light offer
Orders placed until 15 November receive the Authentic LED candle lights free of charge. The trees themselves have no built-in LED lights — lighting is always chosen separately.
Timing
Deliveries start in October and run through the season. Your confirmation email contains your delivery window.
