All artificial Christmas trees are covered by a 3-Year Limited Warranty.

This warranty covers:

Structural integrity of the tree frame
Quality of foliage, branches, and hinge systems
Tree stand construction and stability
Repair or replacement of factory-installed lighting systems

Should a manufacturing defect occur within the applicable warranty period, Christmas1967 will repair or replace the affected component at our discretion.

LED Lights — 1-Year Limited Warranty

All Christmas1967 LED light products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty covers:

Defects in wiring, connections, and controllers
Manufacturing faults affecting the functionality of the lighting set
Defective transformers and power adapters supplied with the product

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidental damage, weather exposure beyond the product's intended rating, power surges, modifications, or unauthorised repairs.

Should a manufacturing defect occur within the warranty period, Christmas1967 will repair, replace, or offer an equivalent product at its discretion.

All Christmas ornaments and decorative items are protected by our 30-Day Quality Guarantee.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us within 30 days if any item arrives damaged or displays a manufacturing defect. Our customer care team will work with you to provide a prompt resolution.
